We focus on the existing capacities of communities to lead their development processes. We identify existing tangible and intangible community assets to develop solutions that optimize the use of resources, appeal to beneficiaries, and progressively reduce their dependance to external finance and technical assistance.

Systemic Thinking and Prospective

We use systems thinking tools to identify and tackle the root causes of social issues in a creative, collaborative and sustainable way. We consider current and future trends to ensure that the investments made have both short and long term benefits and are sensible to natural and man-made potential risks.

Highly Qualified Talent from Developing Countries

We offer personal and professional growth opportunities to highly qualified talent from developing countries in their country of origin or other developing countries. We involve shareholders, partners, directors, and executives from developing countries to progressively reduce the dependence on implementers from developed countries for the execution of international development financing.

Alignment to United Nations Programming

We use the programming principles and guidelines of the United Nations to offer technical assistance to key development stakeholders, as well as to design and implement public policies, programs, and projects aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals. We adapt successfully to the methodologies, rules, and regulations of international organizations, international cooperation agencies, foundations, and government agencies.

Focus on Capacity Development

We contribute to the collective knowledge base and to the capacity development of key stakeholders at all levels through the socialization of best practices, lessons learned and implementation tools. We propose our clients mentorship and training alternatives to progressively reduce their dependence on external technical assistance.
